The functional and timeless design of the home evolved through the needs of COVID providing extra space for the clients to enjoy their family and accommodate the new need of working from home. The architecture maximized a small lot to ensure the family got all the rooms it needed including two offices, a gym, a guest suite, private dining, open concept living/kitchen, a playroom, primary oasis and two kids rooms, a pool and summer kitchen and two yards all in 5,257 sq ft on a 5,210 sq ft lot.
