We’re absolutely over the moon to share some incredible news with you. Our homes have clinched a whopping total of 14 awards, including the ultimate grand crown – Custom Home Builder of the Year! Can you believe it? We’re still pinching ourselves!

The functional and timeless design of the home evolved through the needs of COVID providing extra space for the clients to enjoy their family and accommodate the new need of working from home. The architecture maximized a small lot to ensure the family got all the rooms it needed including two offices, a gym, a guest suite, private dining, open concept living/kitchen, a playroom, primary oasis and two kids rooms, a pool and summer kitchen and two yards all in 5,257 sq ft on a 5,210 sq ft lot.

This modern farmhouse design marries traditional design with pops of color and timeless materials. Originally showcasing wallpaper in every room and a dysfunctional floorplan, this home was brought back to life with a newly reconfigured floorplan and elevated finishes throughout.
With the constrictions of a Highrise renovation, this bathroom went from completing showers and covered natural light to a modern and bright showstopper of a space.
