On Point Custom Homes Intern - Real Estate and Marketing

Duration:
June 2 through July 31, 2025 (total 8 weeks with flexibility for time off)

Must be able to be onsite on the first day and last day of internship.

Position Overview:
On Point Custom Homes, a portfolio company of Leggett Ventures, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our real estate and marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in luxury custom home building, real estate development, and marketing strategies in the residential construction industry.

Leggett Ventures is an opportunistic, private equity firm built through an entrepreneurial vision with a focus on real estate, oil & gas, and strategic investments. Founded in 2013, the firm specializes in providing institutional-quality investments to its investors.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in creating and managing marketing content for social media platforms and website

·         Support real estate market research and competitive analysis

·         Help coordinate and attend property showings and open houses

·         Assist in preparing property listings and marketing materials

·         Document construction progress through photography and written updates

·         Support client communication and relationship management

·         Participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy discussions

·         Help maintain project management systems and documentation

Requirements:

·         Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business, or related field

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms

·         Basic understanding of digital marketing principles

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Interest in luxury real estate and custom home building

·         Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

·         Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX for period of internship

Compensation:

$17/hour
