Iconic Galleria High Rise, Four Leaf Towers provides all the accommodations, including resident valet parking, stunning skyscraper city views, and is within walking distance to the Galleria! We took this drab and outdated space and remodeled the entire condo turning it into a sleek, minimalistic home perfect for client! We took this space to the studs for this remodel, working on everything from electrical, lighting, sheetrock, trim work, hardware, paint, countertops and more!
Starting with the Entryway, we removed the old laminate flooring and installed white oak engineered hardwood throughout the whole home. New Sheetrock, hardware, and paint were updated to make the space feel bigger and brighter. We even added a Dog Bed Niche for our furry friend!
In the living space, the first thing that went was the carpet. Old track lights were replaced with recessed can lights, and the bar got a serious facelift, adding a marble tiled backsplash, quartz counters, and glass shelving.
The kitchen had limited countertop space and minimal cabinetry, and even less design appeal. Repositing the fridge allowed for wall-to-wall cabinets almost doubling the storage space. We replaced the outdated appliances with new Stainless Steel appliances, custom cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and a stunning classic subway tile that we took all the way to the ceiling. We took out the unflattering florescent light fixtures and replaced with recessed cans.
The primary bedroom had the best view of the skyline, yet was covered by these large curtains blocking the view! By removing these, we opened the whole space up and gave it a much-needed paint job. The same white oak hardwoods were continued in all the bedrooms and we made sure to hide all the wiring for the TV inside the wall.
The primary bathroom had the most demo work since we took out a wall and demoed the TWO showers. We reconfigured the space for a more luxurious experience. One large frameless shower and an extended vanity and knee space made all the difference in transforming this room. All new tile flooring and sleek timeliness chrome plumbing and hardware finished the room. Frameless keeps this bathroom open and makes for a seamless transition between the tile floor and shower tile walls.
The guest bedroom looks just as Polished as the Primary bedroom, with all new paint, flooring, and recess lighting. The bathroom has a splash of color with blue penny tile throughout the bathroom and shower floors, while still keeping the same white color theme from the rest of the home.
