  • Meet Rosie!

Rosie Romero officially joined the On Point team full-time in 2019, but she’s been part of our family for years.

She first started helping behind the scenes with transactions, staging, and job sites. Today. Rosie keeps our accounting running like clockwork.

Born and raised in Houston with Salvadorian roots, Rosie brings her sharp organizational skills, love of numbers, and warm energy to everything she does. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her dancing or camping with her husband and family.

Fun fact: she first met John and Earl as a teenager on a job site. Construction truly runs in the family!

  • Take two.

We often talk about custom homes, but we also do full scale remodels.

Our goal is to take a house and make it your home. If that means rebuilding or renovating something already existing? We’re still all over it.

Take a look at our remodeled homes in the portfolio on our website. You can find the link in our bio!

Home design trends come and go, but the priorities we’re seeing from homeowners in 2026 are all about living well day to day.

Here are a few things people are focusing on most:

• Flexible spaces – rooms that can shift between a home office, guest room, or hobby space
• Energy efficiency – better insulation, windows, and systems that lower long-term costs
• Outdoor living – covered patios, outdoor kitchens, and spaces that extend the home outside
• Storage & organization – walk-in pantries, mudrooms, and smarter closet layouts
• Low-maintenance materials – finishes that hold up to everyday life

A well-designed home isn’t just about how it looks the day you move in. It’s about how it supports your life for years to come.
